Worst experience I ever had in gaming

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in gaming. And I been gaming a long time. I buy a 70-dollar game that I can't play because it crashes 99% of the time to the dashboard.   I waited weeks for a update to fix it.  I get no help from EA at all.  None.  I don't even think they have acknowledged the problem. I don't think they even care because it's not happening to enough players to even worry about.  And oh, the update did nothing to fix the problem.  I been trying to finish the same road to glory game for 2 days now,  I'm on about the 15th try to finish this one game.  I feel like I have to play the same game anywhere from 10 to 20 times before I can finish it.   Its by far the worst experience I ever had in gaming.  I do not want to contact Microsoft for a refund because I want to play the game.  I like the game,  its a awesome game when it's not crashing to the dashboard.  I just want to play the game.  No other game I own crashes, NONE.  Only cf26.  last years game,  cf25 crashed for the first week or two then was fixed with a update.   Can someone at EA help.
