I understand the information being shared, but none of it matters to me right now because I’ve effectively been removed from Ranked competition due to a backend issue preventing Ranked Points from registering.

I want to continue investing time and money into the game, but when competitive integrity is lost and my results are not reflected while others can progress, there is no incentive to continue playing Ranked. Until this backend issue is resolved and ranked progression is restored, competitive play for me is not meaningful and there’s no reason for me to play the game in Ultimate Team.

Unbelievably bad Holiday Rush event. Just went 5-0 in the H2H season (evidenced by the reward pack) but for some reason receive no credit on the Field Pass objectives so no 94 ovr Ian Foster reward. Game is becoming unplayable.&nbsp;
