Extra credit tier 2 rewards

I've played the extra credit head 2 head twice now and have gotten 4 wins both times neither time have I received the 3 national championships packs that says is guaranteed for 4 wins kinda defeats the purpose of playing the event

    Hey everyone, 

    Thank you for the all the info you shared on this!

    We updated the in-game text to better explain the criteria for earning the Championship packs from the Extra Credit event. The wins need to happen in Tier 5 in order to earn those packs, which should be more clear in-game now.

    To my understanding you needed 4 wins (without the 3 loses) in this event to recover the 3 national championship packs. I got my 4 wins but all I received was a victory formation pack. I am just wondering if any others had reached a similar issue to me?
