Has the CPU ever been called for roughing the kicker?

I know there's bigger issues out there, but just one more frustration among the many that never get dealt with in the game is that my guys get called for ridiculous ticky-tack penalties (esp offensive pass interference for a HB who isn't being thrown to, isn't near the intended receiver and merely brushes a LB) while the CPU gets away with mauling my kicker and it's never, ever called.
