Missing conference tour events to complete all 9 souvenir tokens.

It’s a known issue that their support claims they have submitted as a bug. A lot of people didn’t receive the Big 10 souvenir which was over 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been resolved. I didn’t receive the Big 12 souvenir and spent hours trying to get support but ended up being told the same thing others had been previously: watch for an update through their social media about a fix. 

I'm also missing souvenirs. I completed everything, all 9, but only have 7. I submitted a chat ticket but nothing.
