Missing my team after just purchasing points

I just purchased the 1200 point bundle. After purchasing I immediately spent the points on a ultimate team bundle. I do have a screen shot of what my team once was, as well as the receipt from my bank showing the purchase. When i loaded back into college football it reset everything, and gave me the welcome to ultimate team packs again, and all of my team was gone. Any ideas how to get a hold of support or is this forum efficient.
