Hello,

I was opening the step offers for NOTG Promo I opened the first three step offers no problem and then when I purchased the 4th pack (NOTG Premium Launch Booster Pack) the connection disconnected and when I logged backed in there was no pack or players. I’m currently out 990 points until this is resolved.
