Community Managerso it has been 2 days now. I got 1 automatic AI generated obviously email reply. Where it stated a lie of my Premium Pass rewards from what I bought with the points off my preorder. Points are gone after i bought the pass at level zero. No level upgrade, no rewards, and lies on one response back saying it will bne there. I have the newest gen of ps5. I have done all the things ya'll said. Deleted and redownloaded. UNistall reinstall license. Tried challenges. Went to 25 then back to 26. NOTHING WORKS AND YA'LL REFUSE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE OR REPLY WITH A HUMAN BEING!!!!! IT BS AND STE$ALING AFTER LYING!!!! I bought the MVP BUndle before the required date to get all of everything and upon my advanced payment ya'll are withholding the promised items upon purchase. Thats the defition of stealing. I'll either see ya'll in a law suit court and you can explain to a judge why ya'll think ya'll can break commerce laws and steal peoples money or your gonna give me all what i paid for immediately its one or the other what ya'll gonna do EA Sports?
