I completed the tutorial when I first got on the game. Have backed out. Logged on to cfb25. I received ngata. Didn’t get my Dickerson nor Hester. I took both out of cfb25 lineup to see if it helped. I also didn’t receive all of my preorder stuff. Now EA support is marking the case as no fix. And they are saying the same when you contact them.
