Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

Hey football fans, 

If you aren't seeing your pre-order bonuses when logging into Ultimate Team, we've got a couple recommendations that might help. 

First, try backing out of CUT and then starting it back up. That may push the rewards through. 

You can also try entering the Challenges tile in the menu, then backing out to the main CUT menu. The rewards should come through after that. 

If you're still not seeing any of the pre-order bonuses after that please let us know!

    I still have not received any of my points for Road to Glory, Dynasty mode, and etc. Contacted Xbox, they told me to contact EA. 

    I then contacted EA and was told to contact Xbox.....sounds like a run around. I Purchased the Deluxe Edition, and trying to figure out what did I just pay for?!? i paid extra for nothing, and I'm looking for some help to resolve this, instead of a run around.

     

    I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but no changes. also, yes, My Xbox account is connected to the EA servers.
