I found a solution for mine.  It’s a lineup bug.  Create a new lineup and manually add in each position (do not generate new lineup).  Try to limit your out-of-position players and make all specialists come from your players in your lineup.  Not sure what the issue was, but a new lineup worked for me and my friend.
