S5 captain upgrade tokens not upgrading player?
I have 5 Captain Upgrade Tokens and when I apply them to Charles Woodson they just don’t upgrade him at all. Help me please

When you have a moment, please share the following info so we can pass it along:
- Which platform are you playing on?
- What's your Xbox Gamertag, PSN ID, EA Account ID, Steam ID, or Nintendo ID?
- What happens when you try to use the tokens to upgrade? Does it consume the token?

- Nothing happens when I apply the token to upgrade at first -- even when the player is added to the line up (as suggested in the S5 TIP Card). I was finally able to get the upgrades once I added the team chemistry to the players that matched my current offensive and defensive playbooks (for me Multiple O and 4-2-5). THEN once I added the players to the line up, it worked. This should be explained better in the S5 TIP Card.
