Trio's has someone getting kicked almost every time

Any time me and my 2 friends play trios, one or multiple of us get kicked every time. We played 6 games last night and only 1 game did we not get kicked.

When we didn't get kicked, two players on the other team did.

Is there no way to fix this? It's not our internet as we all have fiber 1up/1down.

We literally bought the game so we could play it together. It's pointless if we cant all play.
