Hey there. You should be able to generate a new code with the beta code tool here. Give that a shot. Thanks!

It says the game doesn't have an active beta and won't let me submit the code as a result. Also I received a PC code but signed up for a PS5 one.

Unfortunately, we can't send out a code for a different platform. I'm very sorry.
