Game freeze & audio cracking

Since the last update. Audio is cracking after half time & at the end of game will not go past end game screen. I refresh & nothing happens. Have to play the game again because it will not complete the game & give me any credit for even playing the game! PAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR THIS GAME TO HAVE THIS MANY PROBLEMS!!! FIX THE GAME FIRST!!! THEN RELEASE IT!!!
