I accidentally preordered the mvp edition of both college football and madden and not the mvp+ subscription. I then got the mvp+ subscription. How can I be sure I get the 7 days early access cause it's still showing like I'll only be able to play on July 6.
Why is EA hustling us and not informing us of anything this is ridiculous I've made serval tickets. Trying to get a refund if so before launch if they can not assist. I just want to play the game on early release is all I'm asking.

Download the PS App on your phone - log in - click on PS Store Icon - at top right of screen click on menu icon - select transaction history - select cfb 27 - select refund. I was refunded immediately and signed up for MVP+ bundle
The phone number is a 1 800 number I don’t know it redacted PlayStations customer support
I HAVE A SOLUTION!!! Call PlayStation [Phone number removed]-345-7669 explain to them exactly that you bought both MVP bundle and MVP+ Membership make sure they refund the bundle and then within a few mins go to the PlayStation store sift through the versions of college football 27 until you see release 7/2/27 and download that one for free

I got excited when I got home from work and was sent an update. Alas, even after installing the new 1gig of content, no updates to this issue.
I tried doing this and unfortunately it wouldn’t let me sadly EA is sitting silently

I figured out a solution. Because it was a fairly recent preorder you can go on PlayStation store (I'm guessing Xbox has a similar system but I'm not sure) and go to profile and recent transactions and request a refund for the MVP bundle (not MVP+ if you want the 7 days early access). It should give you money back and now it's saying I have access starting July 2nd. Sorry just figured this out yesterday and I hate that this is EA's only help is the forum but here we are, hope this helps.
