My game keeps crashing and I did everything correctly and it still crashes

I just bought college football 27 pc and before you ask yes everything is up to date and yes I did all the steps no matter what ,ode or even in the menu screen the game just crashes I even did every ...

The game still crashes and yet no help from EA do I have to do something drastic like go to the VA and get help from the government especially the people I know that helps people like me with issues with companies ignoring their customers let alone copy and paste answers because I can go that route and legally they can ask why and so forth including investigating it as well all I have to do is show them what is going on my gaming PC and trust me it's not my gaming PC itself it's your faulty anti cheat just because someone decides to whine about cheating on a console to a gaming PC smh I don't know how you can cheat on a football game smh

    It is sad that they can't openly address this problem. Im having issues also. I think it is either a memory leak issue or an anti cheat issue on EA's end because I have a higher end pc and have no problems playing any other games.
