CFB took out Microtranactions but didnt add back what they took microtransactions out for.. CFB is still missing XP sliders on Dynasty and RTG. No one likes the wear and tear bringing down your XP neither difficulty based XP. Bring back the sliders that are customize able. If this is OUR game then let us cutomize the sliders smh. I hope they add this back soon.
So EA says “our bad” publicly, attempting to save face after trying to pull one over on the Dyansty community. At this point, not surprised when they come back and don’t follow through on returning the sliders back.

Wear & Tear Sucks, period. I shouldn’t be losing 15 speed in the course of one game as a RB. If they’re going for realism, that’s not it. A lot of people simply don’t want to be limited by the effects of wear & tear & simply play the game to have fun and be the best, preferably at our best. We shouldn’t be punished for choosing how we want to play the game.
Yes and no, being able to turn it off without xp penalty. The option is fine, to penalize those that don't want to play with it on is not fine. There is zero reason to penalize for turning it off or playing on lower difficulty but i found a way around the difficulty part. I don't play on Heisman.
Great that they removed the MTX, but bad that they didn't restore the sliders! Let us play how we want, not how you want! You purposely nurfed XP to feed us MTX, you removed MTX, but didn't restore XP options! There are no leaderboards for these game modes, so I fail to see the point in their logic. I've played CFB since 2002! Bring back the fun!

Serious answer, not everyone wants to play with wear and tear. Those gamers should not be penalized with reduced xp gain for wanting to play the game they want to play in a single player mode. Same reason why reduced xp gain for lower difficulty is garbage too. Not everyone is a hardcore cfb or Madden player.
I purchased ~$150 of College Points specifically for RTG and Dynasty. Before I used a single point, EA removed paid progression from those modes.
EA told me in writing:
“the remaining balance … can no longer be used for its intended purpose.”
EA also said PlayStation is “the sole party” able to refund me. PlayStation denied the refund because the points technically still exist.
So I have $150 of completely unused points that can’t be used for the purpose I bought them for, and neither company will make it right.
Serious question for those opposed to the slower XP gain due to wear and tear - why? If one doesn’t practice then of course their gains will be lower. Or is it y’all are taking issue with w&t overall?
