Stadium sound/lighting
Booted up a game tonight, playing in beaver stadium at 8 pm in a white out. Crowd noise is excellent, although for team chants seems a bit lacking. For penn state as well previous games had more of the in game tunes the band plays. Would be a great add! Whiteout lighting seemed a bit off too. Although I’m happy it’s been added to this game. Another fyi, for big games in beaver stadium generally can’t see the rows as much, this is a strong nit pick though to help the game reach its full potential! Lighting sound and stadium chants/band and songs seems to be what I saw needed improvement. Thank you EA Sports!TeamBuilder Dynasty Update
I am honestly so tired of this company. Our dynasty is at a complete standstill right now, because we are on the screen where we can update our TeamBuilder teams, yet your stupid system keeps saying “Update of your TeamBuilder team failed, please try again later.” again…so tired of this company.More and Better options on team builder site.
This year's team builder we saw the option to set up sounds for your stadium get added along with a few better choices for a custom stadium and while this is good. There's still room for growth. We need more and better options with uniforms. More brand selections, the option to select any city within the us like last year. More editing control concerning the team builder roster. Like to actually be able to edit where they're from and things like that. To be able to add in the date we joined whatever conference we add our team to. These are jus a few ideas that come to mind. Can I please just control my players?
I have been playing college football games going back to 2002. One of the things that occasionally drove me mad was getting caught in illogical animations or otherwise not being able to control my players. This was not an issue in CFB 25 or 26. It's back. When I am telling my defensive end to run right and the tackle is pushing him to the right, I should not he FORCED to drive left. I had a play where I got caught in the middle of the line (because the game decided to ignore the assignment and my control inputs). I managed to get up in the QBs face and hit triangle to put my hands up. Nothing. I pressed again... Nothing. I pressed a third time, got a delayed attempt to swat ball but only after the QB threw a 30 yard pass. Game on the line. FG attempt. I get a perfect jump off the line, am about to block it, press square... My guy veaes off and does nothing. Game winning FG At the end of the day I get this isn't going to be perfect... But please stop overriding my controls. Also please fix pass rush. Why does the cpu keep getting through in no time and none of my moves work?Kick power is way too strong
When I perform a kickoff or punt, the ball goes sailing past the endzone no matter what strength I put into the meter. This was tested with multiple teams and kickers. I'm not sure what the point of the meter is if its going to blast off every time. It makes placing punts incredibly difficult, as I can't figure how to prevent the ball from going out of bounds. The CPU also seems affected by this, as they can't stop punting the ball into the endzone stands every time.Rubberbanding
Up 20-0 with 2 minutes left in the third quarter having very little difficulty with LSU in a playoff game in RTG, and then all of a sudden LSU's receivers start playing like they're all rated 95+ and my DBs play like they are all 75. Then on offense, as I play QB, we can't run at all anymore and my WRs start dropping passes, DBs start running my own WR's routes DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THEM so I can't pass, and then you start making my QB throw high all the time so the dumb drop animation can kick in to ensure my passes aren't caught. Now it's 8 minutes left in the fourth quarter and LSU is up 21-20. This is obvious rubberbanding and manipulation of a game to manufacture what you think is excitement. It cannot be that hard to simply let the player's ratings determine outcomes, can it? It seems to ensure a close game you raise the CPU's ratings, lower my team's, so we can't do anything until the score is equal. It seems this game is fundamentally flawed with decisions to create or manufacture things like this. Just let the game play out naturally according to the players' ratings. It's easy to do.
