Bought mvp+ edition installed the 300 mb preorder version of the game, no access to the test realm on the store. No access when i click play on the game, it says too early. I checked my all games and the free on xbox tab its not on there either.
I just spoke with EA Help Live chat (Case # 248406721) and they confirmed Frontline advisors can't grant codes manually. I purchased the MVP+ Membership bundle on the Microsoft store, my beta is fully downloaded but it is locked with a warning symbol/license block. It's because I was missing my server token. But if any Other person can help my gamertag is SmashBros34.
I purchased the MVP+ membership directly on the Xbox store, but my console is stuck with the warning symbol and " You need to be online/ DRM ownership error. Please push the server the token to my account. It also said have you purchased the game it did let me download it though. Gamertag: SmashBros34 This is to EA. I was having the same problems as you were until I went to ai for help I would recommend that they will take you through a process and give you options.
