Not getting MVP dexluxe coins

Wanted to follow up with you on this. So, you did get the content initially, and then you stopped getting it with the RTG? 

As for the coach points, did you get them the first time? Did you create the first Dynasty before or after all content was released to you?

Same I never got mine for some reason in both Dynasty and RTG

when i was using the 10 hr trial on ea play i had it when i made a new road to glory character week 1... then after i was able to play it on steam where i bought it.. everytime i make a new road to glory or coach i get 0 SP

u can look at my other comment ive made another player 0 SP and another coach 0 SP..... i was getting them when i was playing it on EA play when it was 10 hr trial.. but now that im playing the game i own.. im not getting ANY...

Same issue here — got the 100 Dynasty Coach Points on my first Dynasty, but not on any new ones after that.

I think the problem is with the EA App not properly registering the bonus:

• The website correctly shows the 100 Dynasty Coach Points are included with the MVP Bundle.
• The EA App only lists them under EA Play Pro / pre-order Deluxe Edition.

I pre-ordered the MVP Bundle on Steam on July 5th. Now the EA App shows EA Play Pro as the only way to get the points, even though I already own the MVP Bundle.

I shouldn't have to subscribe to EA Play Pro for something I already paid for.

let me know if u get a fix or what ive been trying no one has really said anything back to me.. other than 1 comment on my post... i wish u luck. and yah i agree i got it once and never again.... i would like what i at least paid for.. =/ 

AcidicCreed7​ I have it aside. I am trying to get an update on this one. There is more than meets the eye with this, I'm guessing. Updates come pretty quickly, but it was the weekend too, so teams are playing catch-up.

So any luck with anything anyone? i have yet to hear from ANYONE about this.... 22 days and counting..
