You absolutely hit the nail on the head with both of these. I play in leagues for money and these are mentioned regularly. There is one other thing to add judging by the comments I've heard from others. There needs to be something done about a lesser skill player say with 84 speed chasing down another player with say 90+ speed. This 84 speed guy should not be able to chase down the faster player. This is not an issue limited to speed, but other attributes as well. Its frustrating to see lower level skill players out playing higher level ones. Its extremely noticeable with DB's covering WR's when you do a direct comparison. I have seen so many video clips posted in our league that shows what both the OP said and I added. All of these things are happening way too often and are effecting the game play in an unrealistic and just a bad way.
