QOL: mass-subs without a game pause
This would be really nice: Allow us to mass sub without pausing the game. Currently the only way to easily do this is to pause the game --> Coaching --> Mass sub backups. In an online dynasty game mass subs isn't even allowed in the pause menu, which makes mass subs even more difficult.
You could build this into both the on-field subs (aka "Dynamic subs") and the new "Playcall Substitution" menu. There is already a "reset to starters" button, give us a "put in backups" quick button.

Ideally you would also let us put in 2nd string based on position group (D-line, LB's, Secondary), but a good start would be mass subs for all positions groups. Mockup below:
