Realistic Attendance

I need dynamic crowds. First, I need a pre-game option to either use Big Game or Full Crowd to simulate a crazy environment. But I also need a "Dynamic" crowd option. Take the average attendance of each stadium and fill the stadium with that amount of fans (visually). It makes it unrealistic to have a full house at UTEP at FAU. FAU averages about 17k a game, why is there not an open seat in the house (in Play Game mode)? Also, would be cool to using a dynamic feature to take away fans during a blow out. When Duke is down 30-3 at home, there's not going to be standing room only late in the 4th quarter.
