User team's AI players false start and go offsides far more often than the CPU's

The CPU almost never jumps offsides or false starts, and your players do. Turning the slider up doesn't fix the issue of it being unbalanced against you. I counted one time in hours of playing where the CPU jumped offsides, and it never false started. This is compared with my guys doing it dozens of times.
