We need team Builder Available for offline dynasties in CFB 27

Overall, the new Dynasty Mode features add a lot of depth, but I'm disappointed that Team Builder teams are still restricted to online dynasties.

As someone with a busy schedule, I prefer offline dynasties because I can step away from the game without worrying about losing progress due to a server disconnect. Since CFB 25, my biggest complaint has been the inability to use Team Builder teams in offline dynasties.

I understand that a server connection is needed to download Team Builder assets and updates. However, I believe Team Builder teams should be available in offline dynasties, with a warning that users must connect to the servers when loading the dynasty to download any updated assets.
