Cannot scout during Preseason Recruiting

The new patch has made it impossible for our online dynasty users to scout recruits or see the recruit lists during the preseason. Only the commissioner is able to. This appears to be a common problem. Hopefully EA is working to fix this ASAP? This makes Online Dynasty untenable.
