Coaches can’t wear cold weather gear

Is anyone else having a problem in dynasty where you are playing in below freezing temps and have dressed your coach in winter attire (like hoodie and puffy jacket) but then when you start the game they are wearing a 1/4 zip?

like what’s the point of having cold weather gear for coaches if the game won’t let you wear it when it’s cold??
