Coaching Carousel Problem

I’m in year 3 of my dynasty. I have an A+ Coach Prestige & I just took Liberty to the 2nd round of the playoffs with a 14-1 record. I have received no interest/offers in the first 3 weeks of the coaching carousel. In fact, through the first 2 weeks, there have been a total of 4 coaching changes nationally (all four were 2 star or less schools). There is definitely something wrong going on here…
