Practice Mode?

Can whatever "person" who decided every practice defense always rises to All-World NFL Super Star status no matter the team rethink that decision after these 3 years of this trash, or maybe remove the mode completely?

The only practice you get is how to get sacked.  There is no time to throw the ball or let routes develop, and it doesn't matter the coverage, the defense, the offense, blocking 5, blocking 6, blocking 7.  None of it matters.  3-man rush, 4-man rush, 5-man rush, all completely successful.   

I am convinced they did things this way to force you out of practice mode entirely.   It certainly is not useful for actual practice reps.  It ruins you and speeds up your progression to the point where everything has to be short or a checkdown, or you get to reset after the sack.

Yes, I know you can take 2 controllers and set your entire D-Line on a spy, but talk about time-consuming to do that on every play?  Does anyone know anyone who could finally turn this into a useful part of the game?
