Is there any kind of timetable or status update as to what’s going on with this ability within current dynasties where it’s still locked

When the new season starts it will let you use it. Thats what I heard.
I heard that as well, hope that happens cause all the other “fixes” haven’t worked
I can't open the rain maker and I am a MVP+ Member. So hope they fix that problem too.
