I made a post about this a week ago, having the same issue. Audio works on the computer and every other app except this game. It an issue with the game, not our computers man.
That is not ideal. Do you have any sound/audio outside of the game? Check and reseat both ends of your audio cable(s) and retry playing. Thak you. EA_Barry.
I did both options and did not work. I will tell you what I have done as I have not had sound for 3 days now. I have uninstalled, repaired the game, cleared cache, restarted the app, and made sure the mixers were turned up. Also what i have done is opened up FC 2026 and BF6 and i have sounds in both games. There is something going on with your game and needs to be addressed to the actual creators and they need to get on top of this because i am not the only one with this issue. There has to be a patch that you should be able to do, its a problem with your game not our pc's, FIX IT ASAP!!!
If College Football 27 on Windows plays no audio at all, this is likely due to a conflict with the audio enhancement features of the popular Realtek audio chip used in many PCs today. The solution is to either turn off audio enhancements or switch to a lower audio resolution.
(1) In the search bar, type "mmsys.cpl" and hit Enter to launch the Sound settings window.
(2) Right-click on your default audio device.
(3) Select Properties from the bottom of the right-click menu.
(4) Go to the Advanced tab. Solution #1 - Turn off Audio Enhancements
(5) Under Signal Enhancements, deselect Enable audio enhancements.
or Solution #2 - Reduce audio resolution:
Under Default Format, click on the dropdown menu and select 16-bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality)
Please do let us know if this helps you.
Thank you. EA_Barry.
