Road To Glory Loading Screen Stuck

When I go to start a game on Road to Glory, the game gets infinitely stuck on the red and black Road To Glory loading screen flag. I also notice that before I press "Ready" to start the game, the uniform samples on the "edit uniform" and "edit CPU uniform" are not loading any player model. I have to imagine that these two issues are paired together. Never had this happen before the most recent update. Any fix?

p.s. - Yes, I have already tried restarting the game, repairing the game, and completely reinstalling the game.
