RTG Senior Year Bugged

After I finish my junior year at Notre Dame, I decided to go to the portal for my senior year, the game sims the weeks like normal and even shows me that I have a ton of offers( 3 shown + 16 more) but on the National Signing Day screen, it doesn't show me any options to select a new school. It only shows "position changes" and keeps me on the Notre Dame, but since i declared for the portal i also lose all my coach trust and don't even get the basic benefits that were offered by Notre Dame in the first place( which were absolute dog water after winning them the natty and the heisman).

In short. I can declare for the portal, not be given an option to look at the offers. Forced to stay on the same team and then not even receive the offer from said team, because the game is bugged.

Please fix this, as I wanted to go to 4 different schools all 4 years. 

I have attached screenshots in the order of the screens shows, please fix this bug.
