Trying to start the game and it won't let me.

So I bought the game on Steam yesterday. When I first got it, I tried it a little bit and got some mods added, and after I played, I updated and shut off my PC. Today came, and now I can't start the game at all because it shows me a crash report handler screen, so now I literally have no idea what to do, and I'm most likely going to refund or something like that. Maybe installing and reinstalling might work, but I genuinely have no clue. HELP!

    I can see that you’re eager for an update, especially as you’ve reached out in another thread about this situation.

    As far as I’m aware, the reports have already been passed along to the studio. Please understand that Community Managers do not develop fixes, release updates, or determine the priority assigned to reports received. Once the studio has been made aware, we can only share further information if and when they provide an update for us to communicate publicly.

    I’m sorry that I don’t have any further news to share at the moment, and I appreciate your patience in the meantime.

    Hey sorry not related but wanted to try to get your attention … Is there any type of fix coming for the freeze after game in RTG at the black and red flag BEFORE the xp and draft projection screens? I’ve posted about it and several others have and have heard nothing back . Tried everything: clearing cache, rebuilding database, playing offline , lowering graphics and all . It makes it pretty unplayable because it doesn’t save game progress and you have to re play it . I’m a RTG guy and it sucks not being able to play and enjoy it .. Thank you for your time!

    Please try verifying your game files first, then follow the steps in our troubleshooting guide to see if they help.

    If the issue continues, please share any related Windows Event Viewer logs from around the time the launch fails, along with your DxDiag report. That would help us better understand what may be happening on your system.
