Attribute inequality

Ok, so when we graduate high school we have to build our guy up which takes forever unlike previous versions of this once great game…But incoming freshman at random schools are given world class attributes from the jump see photo below. For context I’m a cb my max speed with skill breaker will be 97 yet when I get to college my speed is at lol 83 so as my acceleration and my agility and COD are 75 🤣🤣 oh and I’m a 5 star btw . I just got to 90 speed lol my sophomore year
