Cap Breaker not accumulating

I have a RTG QB. I won the conference and national championship and still didn't receive any cap breakers.

I am having the same issue. Not sure why after winning a national championship and getting first team all American that I didn’t get any cap breakers with my free safety build. I only got them for reaching statistical milestones.
