Update: If you are still running into this issue after the update, please try the following steps first.
Reload the Save: Force-close the game, reload your save file before the season recap/transfer week, and re-trigger the transfer portal.
Check Your Redshirt Status: If you were previously redshirted, make sure your games-played limit didn't cause an unexpected eligibility conflict at the end of the year.
Avoid Simming: Ensure you manually advance the weeks rather than using Sim/SuperSim during the offseason transition, as this can cause scripts to skip critical prompt screens.
After advancing the week, you should be able to review scholarship offers from other schools, compare them, and choose where to continue your career.
Check the TRG settings and make sure no changes were made under the Transfer Portal options.

Summarize your bug as specifically as you can: Played three seasons at Hawaii, started all three season and graduated early. After simming the season recap week my coach pitches me to stay at Hawaii and I’m presented 3 options “Declare for the draft”, “Decide to stay” or “Enter the portal” . I select “Enter the portal”. RTG proceeds to “Players Leaving” week. After simming “Players Leaving” week the game simulates through all 4 recruiting weeks and progresses to “National Signing Day”. I am presented 3 scholarships from 3 schools and then a popup tells me I have 17 more offers. After selecting “ok” on the other offers popup I am only presented options to “Upgrade Player”, “Position Changes”, and “Advance Week” under the “Action” tab. Selecting “Advance Week” progresses game to the next season’s week 0 and I remain at my original school.

What should the numbers should the Transfer Portal options be exactly?
I played three seasons at Auburn as the full-time starter and graduated early. After simming to the Season Recap week, my coach gives me the option to either Declare for the Draft, Decide to Stay, or Enter the Transfer Portal. I choose Enter the Transfer Portal.The game then advances to the Players Leaving week. After simming that week, it automatically skips through all four recruiting weeks and takes me straight to National Signing Day. At that point, I'm shown three scholarship offers from three schools. A pop-up then appears saying I have 17 additional offers. However, after closing the pop-up, I'm never given the chance to view or choose any of those offers. The only options available under the Action tab are Upgrade Player, Position Changes, and Advance Week. When I advance the week, the game moves into Week 0 of the next season, and my player is still at Auburn despite choosing to enter the transfer portal.
