RTG and gameplay

ive started to notice more and more the CPU of whatever team your playing against gets a boost to all stats and my team seems to get a nerf cause quiet a few times when cpu wants to score i will get out ran by a TE or another slower WR while both my CB and FS are sitting at 99 speed and ACC i even went to see who burned me on the TD and it was a TE with 88 speed.  Also i seen that very rare does the cpu get called for anything no holding no anything while ive been mugged 10 yards down field or recvied multiple blocks in the back and uncalled holdings and as a corner its way to easy to get call Holding cause the cpu wr decides he wants to go through you even though u won the inside all the cpu has to do is graze you a bit and its auto first down. ive been playing around with the sliders but doesnt seem to effect the Cpu at all
