I have the same issue. They won’t sub me out even though I have zero energy. I end up every week with severe wear and tear rating and my fitness level has me out of shape because I can’t balance reducing wear and tear and increasing my fitness.
It’s super frustrating. I wanted an authentic experience with the game, but it has the same issue as last year. I wanted an authentic experience with the game. EA doesn’t seem to care about this. Idk why they have substitution options/sliders if they’re not working at all. I got tired of wasting my points on healthy/fitness, so I turned wear and tear off.
