In Road the CFP, it would be so awesome to have a feature where you can pick a couple teams you DON’T want to play against. I think a max of two teams you don't want to play would be perfect. I main Oklahoma, so yes, it's not abnormal for me to only play tier ones, and I don't mind that; I just get very annoyed with literally only playing against Oregon and Ohio State.

What is needed is a true CFP system in which if defeat a team (say a Oregon or Ohio State) they arw filtered out from your search for the remainder of the CFP.
I do agree with you that its VERY ANNOYING to battle thru a season and have to play one of the top teams multiple times in a playoff. Especially with how difficult the matchmaking is
Or just let us see who our opponent is picking before the game like we could on the old games.
This is exactly what we are talking about EA.

If you're making all this effort to make the CFP feel genuine..
And if you are determined to keep matchmaking in a way that filters out teams except for the top tier one teams...
For goodness sake update the filters so we DONT HAVE TO PLAY THE SAME TEAM MULTIPLE TIMES IN THE CFP...
That, EA, would give this mode somewhat of a real feel.
