Road to CFP players desyncing users

This is about the 3rd/4th time this has happened to me . Whether game was tied, I’m winning, or like in the clip I’m just getting stops and getting down the field with ease. Whenever somebody thinks they’re on the verge of losing or about to lose, they desync you and you get a L for that! No real investigation from EA to determine who’s at fault. You can see everytime before the user does the glitch , it says “ your opponent connection”. So why am i receiving the L for it ? It’s not fair at all because they sore losers and EA needs to investigate further into players that do that! I’ve lost my last playoff game because of it and messed up a supposed to B 12-0 szn record bc of it. STOP GIVIN L’s TO PLAYER THAT DIDNT DO ANYTHING! Actually investigate , look prior no connection issues from nobody . Determine it was this player who did it not the one affected it by the cheating !
