Crashes in the 4th Quarter due to Denuvo, "GetDenuvoTimeTicketRequest"
I cannot finish the first game in my online/cloud dynasty because of this bug. It crashes late in the 4th quarter (running 12 minute quarters). I've mass subbed due to the score against FCS opponent. Then, it will stutter and crash. This has happened twice now.
I used WinDbg to open the crash dump. I can't attach the file here for some reason, but I've pasted the entire contents down below for reference. I am not a tech person and had to paste into Copilot to sort out, but apparently there's a time ticket TPM request that's returning a null pointer and causing the game to crash.
I've seen other support tickets that say Denuvo isn't in the PC game. Hate to burst the bubble, but there's at least enough of Denuvo in the PC version to trigger "CollegeFB27!GetDenuvoTimeTicketRequest+0x905b5d" in the crash log. I did some basic troubleshooting that Copilot suggested (just going into BIOS and making sure fTPM 2.0 was enabled, which it already was).
Please forward to someone at the team who can fix this error. Happy to provide the actual crashdump file itself if necessary.
