Custom defensive playbooks will glitch on kick offs
Created a custom defensive playbook and when I select a regular return it bugs out and puts me in onside kick return.

We have an update coming: College Football 27 - Title Update August 6, 2026, and part of the update does call out playbooks. While it does not go into detail, it has many updates that hopefully resolve many issues with playbooks.
