Dynasty Portal/Walk-ons

Over several years the cpu teams continue to get worse and worse as they can’t handle players leaving or acquiring portal transfers to replace them. As a result they get stuck with walk-ons to fill the holes and they do not get the progression that transfers would have. A suggestion would be to replace walk-ons with the leftover portal players that do not get offers. You could distribute them by highest ranked transfer at a position to highest ranked team that would need to fill that position with a walk-on.
