EA CFB 27 missing from library
I am an EA Play Pro subscriber on the EA App, but I also subscribed to standard EA Play via Steam to access the 10-hour trial early.
Now that my 10-hour trial has expired, the game has completely disappeared from my EA App library. It should be fully available to me under my active EA Play Pro subscription (the game launches globally in less than 3 hours).
It seems like the expired Steam trial license is conflicting with and blocking my EA Play Pro entitlement. I have already tried clearing the EA App cache, restarting all background services, and running as admin, but the game still won't show up in my library or let me pre-load from the store page.
Can a community manager or support agent please look into my account entitlements and clear the expired trial conflict? Thank you.

We are not able to make any changes to your account via the forums, so this would be best if support takes a look directly. They'll be able to check and see whether any trial entitlements are blocking the full game so you'll be ready once the EA Play Pro version becomes available in a couple hours once 2pm Eastern rolls around.
