Ea Servers disconnecting constantly

i have an ethernet cable connected to my PS5. my wifi is pristine & have zero issues with ANY other device wether it be my phone, Xbox, or Steamdeck but for what ever reason CFB 27 doesnt stay connected to the EA Servers. it makes playing an online dynasty impossible. why do yall ignore these types of things?? this is crazy man. im just trying to play the game & these issues that shouldn't exist, continue to do so..
