Game crashing every few mins

Started with ea help they sent me here. My game is constantly crashing when playing games. When in menus it's fine. Have tried uninstall and reinstall,  cleared dada, reset xbox. Nothing works. Xbox series x

Is there a way to get a refund?  Im not going to pay for a game I can't play and I gave it a couple updates and still doing it. Seems like it could be a legal issue against ea bc alot of people have payed but can't play
