Game Permanent Freeze During Halftime intermission

Game Freezing in both exhibition and Dynasty during quarter break but mostly at half time. You can see the field, refs, mascots, and players animation (movement) but the game never resumes on.

Resulting in one or both users having to dashboard out the hsme.
