Game won't load, stuck when loading on cloud files

Since the last update my game won't load. It is stuck when loading the game on loading cloud files. Please help so I can run the game?

Does anyone from EASPORTS look at this. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Can only play this game in offline status. When loading it stops loading stating Cloud Data loading and doesn't do anything. So I have to go into the EA app and change to offline only. PLEASE HELP!!!
